Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Deputy Sister within Alliance endoscopy at St Lukes Hospital, Market Harborough. The endoscopy service in the Alliance consists of 4 stand-alone units based in the community hospitals. This forms part of the larger UHL endoscopy service and sits within the Clinical support and Imaging CMG.
Alliance endoscopy is based in the community hospitals ofSt Lukes, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray and Hinckley & District. Cross site travel to all units is an expectation of the role, driving license and access to a car for work purposes are an essential requirement for the position. All of our community hospital sites provide free onsite parking for staff and patients.
We currently provide a 5 day service covering Monday to Friday over the hours of 8am to 6pm.The role allows for excellent work life balance and option for flexible working, job share will be considered for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
St Lukes endoscopy unit is a small friendly team that is part of the wider endoscopy service in the community. The unit offers patients the opportunity to access high quality endoscopy procedures closer to home.
