The RADS team are responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments for patients in our Emergency Department, Acute Frailty Unit and Admissions Units. You will be working alongside a large Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to prevent unnecessary admissions and enable timely discharges of patients. Furthermore, we are passionate about promoting independence and preventing deconditioning in hospital.

Main duties of the job

This is an exciting time for the team as we are developing a proactive response to the challenges of current healthcare. The team is leading on advancing practice opportunities within emergency care and we hope to build on this in the future.

We are looking for a physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high quality care in a busy environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills alongside contributing to service development, clinical research and audits. As a team we pride ourselves on all providing a strong and supportive learning environment for students.

You will receive regular supervision, yearly appraisal and regular in-service training. You will be encouraged and facilitated to seek learning opportunities in support of your continual professional development.
