Job summary
This vacancy is for a 23 month fixed term post to join the Business Change team as a Workstream Lead for the implementation of NerveCentre Electronic Patient Record (EPR).
The Business Change Workstream Lead is a senior manager within the Trust who reports directly to the Tranche Design and Build Lead who has responsibility for the management and ongoing development of the Digital Transformation and Business Change function within the department.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will need to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues within the Digital Services Department, particularly in working as part of the EPR programme team to support the delivery of the EPR as part of our Digital Strategy.
The role is responsible for:
- Planning business change/training resources required for EPR.
- Leading Trust teams through a benefits and change management process.
- Ensuring ICT responds to organisational change.
- Monitor/report on the delivery of benefits to relevant Trust/health community stakeholder.
- Clinical engagement and buy in for ICT projects.
- Managing relevant parts of the project using PRINCE2 project management methodology.
- Ensuring the potential of new and existing clinical ICT systems are fully utilised to ensure that the Trust obtains maximum value from ICT investments.
- Ensuring Trust staff are trained in the use of the ICT technology.
- Ensuring staff are trained utilising the most appropriate method/s.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
