The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust continues to change with a focus on meeting its strategic vision, aims and objectives. A 24 month fixed term contract working on the implementation of an ePR within the trust is offered. This post will be responsible for managing the business change element of the project as the trust looks to move from paper to digital records.
Main duties of the job
The EPR Business Change & Benefits Lead is a senior member of staff within the DigitalTransformation team. They play an active lead role in the management, delivery and support of digital systems across United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (ULTH).
The EPR Business Change & Benefits Lead will lead on the implementation of an ePR.
During 2025-2027, major digital improvements are planned at ULTH, including the implementation of a new EPR system (NerveCentre). This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective change management of the system and realisation of benefits, in collaboration with the Programme Delivery leadership team and associated workstreams
The successful candidate should have experience in working within a Digital environment and have worked within a major implementation projects/programmes. The candidate will have proven experience of planning, allocation and control of resources along with budget management. They should be highly motivated, organised, possess excellent communication skills and be willing to travel to all Trust sites.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
