The Rostering and Resourcing team continues it's journey to move what has been a great piece of transformational work to move the team from a proof of concept into a substantive workforce.
Whether it supporting temporary staffing needs or managing the system for health roster, training or supporting our clinical colleagues, this role is varied and interesting.
Hybrid working available.
Main duties of the job
To Support the team to deliver and take responsibility for:
- working with service lines to ensure that all new starters and leavers are correctly set up on the system
- responsible for ensuring that all relevant elements of training and development are correctly set up on the system and the correct dates are recorded
- working with service lines to ensure that all the relevant elements of roles skill mix are correctly recorded on the system
- working with Service lines to encourage adherence to the Rostering Policy
- To support in ongoing projects such as centralisation of rostering

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
