Job summary
THIS POST WILL NOT COMMENCE UNTIL APRIL 2025
To Undertake all duties relating to the food service within the Restaurant and the main patient washup. To provide a safe catering service to patients, staff and visitors, to include preparation and service of food and beverages, washing-up, and cleaning of equipment and work areas to the specified standard.
Main duties of the job
Setting up and cleaning the Restaurant, operation of tills and associated areas, and service of meals.
Preparing sandwiches and Salads to a high standard for resale with in the trusts Restaurant.
Operation of the patient's meal service, supporting the portioning of meals for patient and satellite units.
Working on industrial wash up machines.
The hours of work for this post are anytime from 07.30am until 4.30pm any 5 days from 7 days per week, Including 30 minute unpaid break. This may on occasions include working weekends or working some later shifts.

Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
