Job summary
This post is advertised to provide support to the department in delivery of equipment and software as the Trust continues to expand and develop its digital strategy.
This post will support the roll out of equipment and software as part of the end user device replacement programme which involves the setup and distribution of equipment to all areas of the organisation.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a long term programme of ambitious digital change, including:
- Electronic Health Record (eHR)
- Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (ePMA)
- Digital Dictation
- Microsoft 365
- End User Device modernisation including Windows 11 and VDI
Successful candidates will work within a busy Digital Services Department and will have the opportunity to develop and learn within an environment of experienced staff. This post will provide exposure to a very diverse digital environment, not often found outside of the NHS and will provide experience that will be beneficial to anyone interested in seeking progress within the Trust to other roles as and when they occur or to other posts inside and outside of the NHS.
