Job summary
The post holder will provide a comprehensive reception, administration and clerical support to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service adhering to OH processes and procedures.
Main duties of the job
- To provide confidential and a comprehensive OH Reception
- Greeting patients who access OH service and checking personal information prior to their appointment
- Ability to deal with internal mail / emails efficiently
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Ordering of clinical and non-clinical equipment
- Data entry
- Occasionally may be required to take minutes of OH Staff meetings
