Job summary

EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FIXED TERM 12 MONTHS

1 x Lincoln Base and 1 x Boston Base roles - with the ability to cover all sites including Grantham as required.

To work under the direction of the registered nurse providing high quality person centred care to patients undertaking assessment for a suspected and/ or confirmed Skin Cancer diagnosis.

Main duties of the job

The role involves supporting aspects of care delivery, coordination of the patients' pathway, assessment of patient/carer needs and the provision of general information, help and support to those living with skin cancers.

To be an extended member of the Skin Cancer MDT, ensuring effective communication across the Trust, Tertiary providers, Primary Care and statuary and voluntary agencies
