About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a role as a Support Manager within the Ophthalmology Team with the Division of Surgery. Applications are invited from dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking individuals who are looking to showcase their potential.
You will provide clear leadership and management to a team who are responsible for managing the Trusts elective waiting lists. You will be instrumental in ensuring our patients receive their treatment and appointments in line with national targets, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting the day to day operational running of the service.

What we're looking for
You will have previous experience of managing teams, ideally during times of change as well as NHS knowledge and experience.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent customer care and interpersonal skills. You will be required to have GCSE's at C grade or above in English and Mathematics and a relevant management qualification or equivalent experience. A flexible approach to work is required and an ability to get on with others in a team based environment.
