With sites across Lincolnshire: Lincoln, Boston, Grantham and Louth, we can offer you new and exciting opportunities within a variety of specialities. For Example, Lincoln is home to the award-winning heart center which offers an opportunity to work with specialists at the forefront of providing lifesaving cardiac care. Boston has a new Integrated Assessment Unit, which will offer the opportunity to work within Medical and Surgical specialties, offering staff an opportunity to develop an immense clinical skillset, and Grantham is leading the way with Orthopedic elective surgery, offering patients a slick surgery and recovery service. Please note salary would be Band 4 for NMC pre-pin, Band 5 once received

Main duties of the job

As a Trust we have faced a number of challenges over the years, but a recent change to our Trust Operating Model means that now is the time to re-shape our services and continue on our journey to excellence.

What's the hospital like?

Pilgrim Hospital is situated beautiful countryside and serves the communities in the South Lincolnshire area. It provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.

Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city and with the opening of the new medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service

Louth Hospital is set on the edge of the Wolds and serves the communities of Louth and the local area. It provides day case surgery, outpatients, and x-ray and endoscopy services

Our Trust is situated in the beautiful county of Lincolnshire and is one of the biggest acute hospital trusts in England, serving a population of more than 700,000 people. We provide acute and specialist services to people in Lincolnshire and neighbouring counties. We have an annual income of £643 million (20/21) and we employ nearly 8,500 people.
