An exciting opportunity to come and join our Medical Workforce Team at ULHT to support our Allocate (HealthMedics) project. HealthMedics is an e-rostering and leave management solution that we use to ensure robust and safe rotas for our medics and patients.
This is an established position working within the Medical Workforce Team which will provide you with an exciting opportunity to demonstrate and develop your skills in project implementation and the medical workforce.
The post holder will be required to produce information from our systems as required, to assist with system queries and training and to work closely with other teams across the Trust and ensure effective communication.
Previous NHS experience is not essential as training will be provided.
Main duties of the job
- To work as a key member of the Medical Workforce Team supporting the successful delivery of the HealthMedics roll out.
- To act as first point of contact for HealthMedics queries, sending out proforma's and collating responses; escalating as appropriate to the Medical Workforce Officer

Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of HealthMedics and Activity Manager software, as well as having a general knowledge of other Medical Workforce queries.

To maintain systems and databases as required and produce accurate and timely information as requested
- Receive, triage and resolve HealthMedics support calls, differentiate between user error, configuration and application issues to determine levels of severity.
- Support the Medical Workforce Service Manager [HealthMedics] in the development and delivery of training programmes on the use of the system and reporting mechanisms.
