Health Care Support Worker - Cardiac Short Stay Unit - Band 2

Job summary

Cardiac Short Stay care predominantly for cardiology inpatients to include elective admissions for Angiograms & Pacemakers. We work as a cardiology admissions unit which means that we are fast pace, but have plenty of learning opportunities and chances to develop.

We work closely with The Lincoln Heart Centre, Johnson ward and CCU caring for patients from across the whole of Lincolnshire.

We are looking for Health Care Support Workers to join us in an environment where we strive for excellence. A positive patient centred experience is the motivation to our care delivery.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will work within an established team carrying out essential patient care under the direction and supervision of a qualified nurse. They will work as an effective and responsible member of the team acting consistently with legislation, policies, procedures and other quality approaches.
