Job summary

One Year Fixed Term and a Secondment can be considered.

As exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of a Rota Coordinator Trust Wide within the Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care team at ULHT. The post holder would be required to coordinate and manage the Anaesthetic and Intensive Care Rota's for the Department ensuring safe and effective staffing levels for service provision, whilst providing administration support to the service. This post will be based at Lincoln but may be required to travel across sites.

Main duties of the job

  1. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager, Support Manager and clinicians to ensure the department is appropriately and safely staffed at all times within budgetary constraints.

The post holder will need to have data entry experience, be familiar in using Microsoft Office computer software, Excel in particular. Educated to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent knowledge/experience and demonstrate effective communication skills.
