There is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Medical Director's Office at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust. We are looking to appoint a Deputy Medical Director who can demonstrate a commitment to team working and shared responsibility for the achievement of the Trust's aims and objectives.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will contribute to strategic direction and decision making processes with an overriding requirement to act in the corporate interests of the Trust and its patients. The role involves promoting high standards of clinical care and teamwork through the provision of professional leadership to all medical staff.

Experience of multidisciplinary leadership in a senior medical management position is essential. We are seeking a visible leader with an open and transparent leadership style who has extensive experience of service change and positively influencing performance and delivery. There is an expectation that post-holders reduce other clinical commitments to accommodate their Deputy Medical Director responsibilities.
