Bank Only AMS Assistant Administrator
The AMS system will enable us to better support our staff during the times when either they don't feel well enough to work or when they are dealing with a difficult situation and need to take time off work. It will help managers to manage absence more a more effective and timely manner. We want to support staff to enable them to be at work providing services and care to our patients.
As the AMS Assistant Administrator, you will be expected to work closely with the People Systems manager, pro-actively supporting the system for the Trust. You will possess good communication skills and will have good computer skills to manage and process data.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and committed individuals to join us initially on a Bank only contract. If you can demonstrate good organisational and communication skills along with good ICT skills, we want to hear from you.
This role offers a great opportunity for an engaging, solution orientated person to play a pivotal role in in the delivery of the HR & OD Strategy.
Main duties of the job
To work collaboratively across the team to ensure timely acknowledgement and assistance with all queries to the department in relation to the Attendance Management System.
To liaise with staff and be comfortable with contacting senior management within the trust.
Provide general information regarding Attendance Management System, directing queries appropriately and efficiently.
Undertake general office duties, for example, responding to queries, reporting, arranging meetings and general maintenance of the Attendance Management System.
Recording HR/ Employee information onto various spreadsheets to inform data analysis.
To assist with other duties and tasks which are similarly administrative in nature as may be required from time to time.
