This role includes supervising administration staff within the Digital Transformation Project Support Office and previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
Main duties of the job
Tasks will include:
Providing support to the Digital Transformation Office Manager and deputise in their absence.
Assisting with the recording of expenditure on all current projects along with raising and recording orders placed and all invoices paid.
Updating department rosters to process excess hours
Working closely with other members of Digital Services to assist with the maintenance of project activities, following Prince 2 and internal processes.
Assisting with the recording of expenditure on all current projects along with raising and recording orders placed and all invoices paid.
Supporting the management of the Trust Mobile phones
Ensuring a log of programme/project risks and issues and their resolution are regularly reviewed, analysed and appropriate actions taken.
Supporting meetings by taking formal and informal minutes

Essential
- oGood general standard of education including GCSE, or equivalent, in English Language and Mathematics (Grade 4/5 minimum).
- oNVQ Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- oFoundation Management or supervisory course or equivalent experience
- oECDL Advanced or equivalent experience.
- oProfessional typing/keyboard/word processing qualification (minimum speed of 35 wpm) or equivalent experience
Desirable
- oBCS ISEB Certificate in Programme and Project Support Office Practitioner (PPSO)
- oPitman or equivalent shorthand qualification to 60wpm
- oPRINCE 2 Foundation project management qualification
Previous Experience

- oExperience of working on providing administration support.
- oKnowledge of complex filing systems
- oGood working knowledge of using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
