Band 2 Clinical Imaging Assistant FULL TIME - 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK
The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is one of the largest Trusts in the country, providing acute services across the county of Lincolnshire. We are seeking a Clinical Imaging Assistant to work alongside the MRI Radiographers, Radiologists and support staff, to provide high quality MR imaging to the patients of Lincolnshire. You will be working with a dedicated team, and two 1.5 Tesla MRI scanners. This is a rotational role, and you will be working at Grantham Hospital and the nearby Grantham Community Diagnostic Centre on Gonerby Road, Grantham. The role is very diverse and challenging, and safety is paramount, but you will have the support of your team and colleagues.
We wish to recruit an energetic, well-motivated individual who is able to provide patient care within a technically challenging environment.
Duties will include assisting the Radiographers and clerical staff, and providing assistance to our patients in a caring and empathetic manner.
The MRI service is open from 07:20 to 20:30 hrs daily, 7 days a week. A flexible approach to the working day is essential. Working pattern will be 12.5 hours per day, 3 days per week.
