Job summary
Burton Ward at Lincoln County Hospital are looking for a registered nurse to join their friendly and dynamic team.
Burton ward is a 20 mixed sex bedded ward mainly specialising in renal medicine also with a sub speciality of care of the older person. The ward has been refurbished to be dementia friendly.
We provide care for patients with a number of renal illnesses. The nursing team are trained to a high standard in management of all renal conditions and as part of development on the ward progress to assist with inpatient procedures, as well as competently delivering peritoneal dialysis and haemodialysis.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering high quality, patient centred and compassionate care, have excellent communication skills who will join our dedicated team. Renal skills desirable but not essential.
