Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about making a real difference in cancer care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Booking Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated team at the Queen's Centre, Castle Hill Hospital.

This role is central to ensuring patients receive timely and seamless care throughout their radiotherapy and chemotherapy pathway. You'll be the vital link between patients, clinicians, and multiple departments, helping us deliver world-class treatment with compassion and efficiency.

Main duties of the job

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments using our electronic booking system.
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and carers, providing clear information and reassurance.
  • Liaise with oncology wards, consultants, radiographers, and other teams to ensure smooth patient pathways.
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance with national cancer waiting time targets.
