Main duties of the job
As a Senior Therapeutic Radiographer, you will:
- Deliver and verify complex radiotherapy treatments with precision and compassion.
- Provide senior clinical expertise across pre-treatment and treatment areas.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff, students, and support workers.
- Contribute to service improvement, audit, and innovation projects.
- Support team leaders in organising daily workflow and patient scheduling.
What We're Looking For - HCPC-registered Therapeutic Radiographer with significant clinical experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of radiotherapy techniques and oncology care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
