Job summary
To be professionally and managerially responsible for medicines management technicians and assistants in leading, developing, delivering and monitoring a comprehensive, safe and high-quality patient centred clinical Pharmacy services to Humber Health Partnership Responding innovatively and proactively to the changing demands on the service and ensuring that it is provided in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Attendance at all sites within the group will be expected although base site will be determined on appointment. To contribute to the strategic development of the clinical services ensuring service provision and quality is of the highest standard.
Main duties of the job
To provide professional leadership and management to pharmacy technicians involved in providing clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation activities. Ensuring that working practices meet requirements of medicines legislation, professional, local and national guidelines and that medication is available in the appropriate quantities, places and times to meet the needs of all patients.

- Masters degree or equivalent in-depth experience and knowledge of pharmacy services. At least 5 years in management role.
- Certificate in management or equivalent training and experience, including effective and legal recruitment, appraisal, and performance management.
