We're on the lookout for experienced and driven Technical Project Managers and Digital Project Managers to lead the delivery of high-impact projects in preparation for our groupwide Electronic Patient Record (EPR) rollout. As part of our Project Management Office (PMO), you'll work closely with suppliers, clinical teams, and stakeholders at all levels, helping to shape and deliver the Trust's Digital Strategy. You'll be at the heart of transforming how we deliver care through technology.
Base Location: Castle Hill Hospital, Cottingham
Travel: Across Humber Health Partnership sites including Hull, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Goole & community teams
Working Style: Hybrid--split between onsite and remote, with 2 days per week onsite as a minimum, extra onsite days may be required based on project needs
We welcome applicants with NHS experience, but it's not essential for the right candidate with strong technical or digital project delivery skills and a passion for digital transformation.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
Communication
- Engage and inform project teams and stakeholders with tailored, effective communication.
- Define project goals, scope, and deliverables collaboratively, managing expectations throughout.
- Provide clear direction and support to project teams.
Project Management
- Lead the delivery of clinical and non-clinical digital projects, ensuring alignment with Trust governance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Work closely with IT teams to meet technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Information Governance, Cyber Security, and Clinical Safety protocols.
- Manage scope changes and adapt to evolving project environments while maintaining high attention to detail.
Reporting & Oversight
- Produce accurate reports and plans, track risks and issues, escalate when necessary, and keep PMO and project boards fully informed.
