Main duties of the job
- Manage patient bookings and cancellations, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, carers, clinicians, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry, utilizing Trust electronic systems such as Lorenzo, ERS, and Soliton Radiology Information System.
- Support the multidisciplinary team by arranging meetings, managing diaries, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Act as a key contact for communication within the team and participate actively in team briefings.
