An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic motivated individual to come and join our dynamic Post Anesthetic Care (PACU) team. The post is predominantly based in Recovery though there are opportunities for the right candidate to work in theatres .
PACU is located on the 3rd Floor within the main theatres at HRI, We provide Post anesthetic care for a number of specialties including; Trauma, Neurosurgery, Paediatrics and Vascular.
We are a close and friendly team who work closely with Theatres and Ward teams to ensure the best experience for our patients.
Main duties of the job
This post would suit either an experienced or newly-qualified nurse / ODP although some theatre insight is desirable, full training will be given. We need a member of staff that is keen to learn, adaptable, able to work as part of a team, committed to improving quality and possessing good communication skills.
