Job summary

To support the needs of the Specialist Medicine Care Group Management Team with duties including managing diaries, minute taking, setting up and managing databases and organising meetings. A high level of computer literacy is required.

Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

  • Qualifications Typing qualification to RSA II level or equivalent practical experience. NVQ 3 in Business Administration or similar area or equivalent level of experience Hold a minimum of three GCSE 9-4 passes or equivalent Relevant IT qualification or equivalent level of experience
  • Experience Experience of working in an office environment. Able to demonstrate secretarial experience supporting a busy senior management team. Experience in using electronic scheduling/diary systems. Evidence of effective use of MS Office packages including Windows, especially regular use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Ability Experience of working in a customer facing environment (face to face and on the telephone) demonstrating positive customer service skills Excellent telephone skills and telephone manner Minute taking skills Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. Able to work well using own initiative. Able to demonstrate problem solving ability. Willing to accept and implement change. Able to deal with conflicting priorities and a complex workload.
