Job summary
Humber Health Partnership is seeking an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to work within the Planning and Performance function providing management assistance, advice and support in the planning and delivery of strategic and operational plans, capital schemes, the development of business cases and the organisation of training events.
The successful candidate will undertake the co-ordination of agenda items, production of agenda, minute taking, production of minutes and follow up of actions, including production and maintenance of action tracking tools and must therefore have experience of managing administrative systems and processes. They must have experience of analysing complex data and producing reports, as well as participating in and managing projects.
Main duties of the job
To work within the Corporate Planning Team in support of the requirements of the Planning functions. In particular, the postholder will provide management assistance, advice and support in the planning and delivery of strategic and operational plans, capital schemes and training events.
Provide management advice, assistance and support to the Deputy Director and Planning Managers in the development of clinical service strategies
Provide management advice, assistance and support to the Planning Managers inthe preparation of business cases
Support the Planning Managers in the development of medical equipment replacement schedules.
Provide management assistance, advice and support to the Corporate Directorates and Care Groups in respect of transformation programmes and projects, including co-ordination of agenda items, production of agenda, minute taking, production of minutes and follow up of actions, including production and maintenance of action tracking tool.
Ensure effective communication with key individuals both within and outwith the organisation, including Peer Review bodies, commissioners, health and social care providers, NHS Improvement and NHS England.
Work closely with, support where necessary, and provide reports as required, for the Deputy Director of Planning and Performance.
Manage ad hoc projects on behalf of the Planning and Performance function as required.
