Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity within hub 1A as Hub Manager for Oral &Maxillo Facial, Ear Nose and Throat, and Audiology.
You will be responsible for proactively managing the administration team, including outpatients, WL and typing and tracking teams. Focus will be on ensuring the hub is meeting the expected KPI's and identifying continuous service improvements.
You'll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.
As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

- Has great writing and administrative skills, with competency in using Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Uses their initiative and can think on their feet
