Job summary

We have exciting opportunities for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated people to join the CAS team as Senior Administrators within several hubs.

The successful applicants will work with our administration teams in either a secretarial position or within our outpatients teams.

These roles will entail , ensuring patients are moved along their pathway in a smooth and efficient manner. These role includes administration support in various Services

Booking of clinics and appointments, providing a professional service to patients over the telephone, liaise with GP's and other external clinical colleagues and other administrative roles as required, inputting information onto databases and handling patient records.

Attention to detail is vital and the ability to follow strict information governance procedures.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant needs be able to confidently and competently work under pressure, be able to work flexibly and prioritise their workload to meet demands and deadlines across two specialties
