We are looking for Senior Administrator Coordinator within Clinical Administration in HUB 9B Respiratory team, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person.
** THIS IS A FIXED TERM 12 MONTH SECONDMENT**
The Senior Administrator will be assisting the Team Leader with a number of reports and requirements with regards to the HUB KPI's. Management of Business Intelligence Reporting tool and ensuring that the HUB Team Leader is supported with the Outpatient reports and liaising with the HUB Team members in ensuring that required actions are completed.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
Main duties of the job
Our Senior Administrators play a vital role in the delivery of patient care via the management of the patients end-to-end pathway. Our roles are varied and challenging and some of your day to day duties may include;
- Tracking patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience
- Using the Business Intelligence reporting tool to ensuring we have upto date outpatient figures
- Liasing with other colleagues to complete all necessary tasks
- Supporting the Team Leader
With a starting salary of £22816.00 per annum pro rata with increments throughout your service, a generous NHS pension scheme and a fantastic annual leave package (27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata) and offer excellent opportunities to progress within clinical administration.
