Job summary
We are looking for 2 part time staff, to cover main reception , work in the Medical Reports Department , dealing with solicitors and the general public.
General admin duties, Telephone work, Contact with public authorities.
We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and hard working individuals, who are competent in reception and dealing with patients and visitors.
Post 1 Monday & Friday 08.30 - 17.00 ( with 1 hour Lunch )
Post 2 Monday & Friday 08.30 - 17.00 ( with 1 hour Lunch )

Main duties of the job
Provide a comprehensive clerical and administrative support service tothe medical reports process and the enquiry desk.
Be responsible for locating and tracking out casenotes on the Lorenzosystem in line with Trust guidelines and proceduresResponsible for locating A&E numbers, and obtain casualty cardsAct as the first point of contact for telephone queries from Solicitorsand Clinicians, dealing with them appropriately, or escalating higher ifnecessary
Act as first point of contact for patients and the public, directing them todepartments and wards, and dealing with telephone enquiriesBe able to carry out duties, and seek advice from the Manager whennecessary.
Participate in the PPDR process and develop methods of flexiblelearning to assist with continuing self development.
Participate in staff briefings and access Trust media in order to keepabreast of Trust activity and matters relevant to the postProvide cover for the main reception on a daily basis, in order to assistrelatives, patients and staff
