Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to help towards NHSE Community Liver Health Check programme the post holder will work within a hospital and community setting along with challenging environments such as prisons and homeless hostels assisting with the increase of referrals, screening and ongoing follow-up where needed.
They will work as part of the team as well as independently.
The post holder will provide a high quality Project Management using Project Management Methodology. Provide the ability to adopt standard Project Management methods effectively across a wide range of Projects and Clinical settings to achieve a successful implementation of nominated systems within Hospital and associated Community Trusts as relevant.
To liaise, negotiate and agree appropriate solutions to a wide range of user requirements to meet the project's scope including demonstrable qualitative and quantitative benefits.
Main duties of the job
Projects managed using a Project Management Methodology to departmental standards.
Production of consistent and accurate project reporting to the Project Board throughHighlight and Exception Reports.Production and maintenance of high quality project plans.Project issues and risks managed and reported effectively.To escalate issues and risks as appropriate.Produces regular communication on all project activities.

HUTH has two main sites: Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital with an annual budget of approximately £800 million. The Trust employs around 11,000 staff and serves an extended population of 1.25 million, delivering a number of outpatient services from locations across the area.
The Trust's secondary care service portfolio is comprehensive, covering the major medical and surgical specialties, routine and specialist diagnostic services and other clinical support services. HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
