New exciting opportunities have risen as Band 3 Senior Administrators to join the Community Paediatrics team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Named Nurse for our Child Looked After Service.
incorporating all aspects of the ADOPT, SEND and CLA pathways.Provide administrative support in the wider Community Paediatric Team and liaising with Consultants to facilitate the smooth running of the department, ensuring that administrative processes are implemented and followed, focussing on the patient pathway and abiding by statutoryKPI timeframes
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills together with an ability to work with a broad range of professionals in a fast-paced Community Paediatrics environment.
You will liaise regularly with families of the service so anexcellent telephone manner is essential.
