Job summary
Ward 90 is a part of the Frailty and Ageing team and we are looking for a junior sister / charge nurse to work in partnership with the ward manager to lead and develop the team. The post holder will be a motivated and committed role model who champions frailty and ageing care to a high standard.

Main duties of the job
By working clinically as a member of the nursing team you will work in partnership with the Ward Sister/ Charge Nurse to provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership for a ward based team of qualified and non qualified staff.
The post holder will be required to deputise in the absence of the Ward Sister and ensure a positive patient experience through the delivery of high standards of patient care.
