An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Maternity services at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust for a Continuous Quality Improvement Lead.

We are looking for a an enthusiastic and motivated individual with clinical effectiveness experience who will be able to take responsibility for the delivery of compliance and effectiveness work streams to staff and support the learning and improving journey of the organisation.

Main duties of the job
The role of the audit midwife will be to support the implementation of the Clinical Audit Programme through planning, design, project management, data input, data analysis, report preparation and the dissemination of audit results.
Assist with the interpretation of clinical audit results and the identification of changes to practice or quality improvements. Promote an evidence-based learning culture using clinical audit and up to date guidelines used in clinical practice

HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
