Job summary

The post holder will participate in the decontamination and processing of flexible endoscopes and the operation of machinery to ensure the safe and effective production of all goods received and dispatched from the reprocessing sites.

Within the Endoscopy department there is a Team Leader, a Band 3 supervisor and 14 Endoscopy technicians

Main duties of the job

Reprocessing of scopes

safe and secure transportation of contaminated devices into the department

Timely dispatch of processed products to the procedure sites
