Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic full-time or job share Team PA to join the admin team at The Chichester Centre, a low secure mental health unit in Chichester, consisting of 3 wards.
You will be working as an administrator for the Forensic Healthcare Service where you will use your skills to support highly skilled and dedicated clinical staff from a multitude of backgrounds including doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and social workers, to help ensure that we continue to provide excellent patient-focused care.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the clinical team, including the team lead, as well as supervision and leadership of the administration team at The Chichester Centre.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individual to join our busy team
Strong organisational skills
Sound IT/administration skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SystmOne);
Works well in a team
Has excellent communication skills
Has good interpersonal skills and is able to work in a confidential and sensitive manner.

Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners.
To undertake responsibility for the day-to-daymanagement of the administrative, clerical and secretarial functions associated with a multi-disciplinary team. This includes working and acting on own initiative and dealing with potentially complex situations.
To consistently deliver a client focussed service, which promotes good a a professional service and effective working relationships.
