The Neurodevelopmental Service (NDS) is looking for a part-time secretary. As a team secretary, you should have strong organisational and communication skills and be able to work closely and collaboratively with clinicians and managers and strive for high quality standards both personally and for the service.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for dealing with queries, maintaining accurate records, managing diaries and booking appointments, and (with our team administrator) provide a comprehensive and efficient admin service to the Neurodevelopmental Service.
About us
The NDS is a specialist clinical diagnostic assessment and consultation service for adults living in Sussex with a suspected diagnosis of ASC, ADHD, Tourette's syndrome and Tic disorder. The service is delivered by a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Neuropsychiatrists, Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Peer Support Specialists all supported by a brilliant admin team.
