An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Forensic Inpatient Services at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, competent and innovative Service Manager to work in our inpatient medium and low secure services atHellingly. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality person-centred care is delivered with effective financial, clinical and staff governance and a commitment to evidence based best practice.
You will work within a multidisciplinary setting which is responsible for promoting our clinical strategy and delivering high qualityevidence-based practice across the secure forensic pathway, promoting treatment interventions through a trauma informed lens.The service is currently participating in 5 Quality & Improvement projects which you would have opportunity to support and develop.

- Clinical/post graduate management qualification or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level

- Management of resources and good track record with change management, efficiency savings and financial recovery plans
- Experience of modernising services without additional resources.
