Job summary
We are seeking to recruit a part-time Facilities Assistant (cleaner) to join our team at The Hellingly Centre, The Drive, Hellingly, East Sussex, BN27 4ER.
This is a full-time position totalling 22.5hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
If you are approachable, flexible, able to work unsupervised, are reliable and you want to make a positive difference to the experience of people in our care, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can work equally well on their own or as part of a team, to deliver and achieve high standards ofenvironmental cleaning and prepare meals for service.
We need people who recognise the importance of a clean environment and food safety as well as the importance of adherence to infectionprevention and control standards at all times.
To protect the health and safety of our staff/workers, patients, and those attending our sites, we encourage our workforce to be fully vaccinatedagainst COVID-19.

In addition the role will require some food handling to support the provision of a meal service for patients in our care.Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
