Job summary
We are seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to work into our well-established Clinical health Psychology department based at Princess Royal Hospital.
You will be joining a small, friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team of clinicians and working along side other services that also use the department both from within Clinical health and outside.
You will bring with you excellent organisational, communication and IT skills. Being a team player and being able to multi-task is also an advantage.
Our core business in Clinical Health Psychology involves assessment, followed by therapy appointments, collection of pre and post outcome measures and other data for reporting.
Main duties of the job
Opening and locking up and ensuring the department is ready to receive clients
Planning appointments and managing diaries for clinicians
Managing referrals/ use of care notes
Dealing with telephone calls from patients and referrers/ booking appointments
General office management/ cover for Band 4

We provide a variety of Psychology services to people in Sussex with a range of physical health conditions from the Psychology Department based at Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath, West Sussex. There is on site parking and easy travel links via bus or train.
