Job summary
We are looking for a receptionist for our busy East Brighton community Mental health Centre on the Brighton General Hospital Site. This is a busy role on reception handling room bookings/checking in clients/emails/admin/ calls/ post/deliveries/collections/client travel expenses/unlocking and locking up etc
The working pattern is
Mondays 8.30am-5pm (1hr lunch break)
Tuesdays 8.30am-5pm (1hr lunch break)
Wednesdays 10am-2pm
Thursdays 10am-1.30pm = 22.5hrs
(Fridays are non-working)
We have multiple teams in the building and are open to clients Monday to Friday. This is a shared post and you will have assistance from our second receptions between 10am-2pm each day.
You will need to be IT literate but full training will be given for the position.
Main duties of the job
Checking in clients for appointments/booking rooms for staff to see clients or meetings/working on multiple systems re client and building information/handling client travel expenses/accepting deliveries/overseeing collection of prescriptions/accepting medication deliveries/emails/phone calls/liaising with clinical staff re room bookings a client arrivals or requests/handling post deliveries/unlocking and locking ground floor rooms & external doors.
