Job summary

Working in the Temporary Staffing Team you will work as part of the administrative support team and be responsible for providing a professional, quality, efficient and customer-focused service.

Main duties of the job

The primary role of the Team Co-ordinator is to manage the bookings of bank & agency staffing across the Trust using the systems and processes designed to ensure efficient and appropriate use of temporary staffing.

Qualifications

Essential

  • NVQ Level III in a relevant subject or equivalent relevant experience (such as HR/Personnel, Training or Administrative and Clerical)

Knowledge/Experience

Essential

  • Knowledge of a range of administrative procedures and specific HR processes acquired through relevant training and experience
  • Understanding of the principles of Equality, Diversity and Human Rights in employment
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Understanding of the principles of confidentiality at work
  • Experience of delivering a customer focussed service, with a well-developed knowledge of office procedures and HR processes
  • Understanding the contribution, the temporary workforce makes to the running of a service

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Healthroster
