Job summary

We are looking for a professional and efficient Band 5 admin and clerical candidate to provide high calibre admin support to the Finance Directorate senior leadership team.

Main duties of the job

Working directly to the Business Manager to Chief Finance Officer, the post holder will be responsible for:

  • Diary management for the Finance Director's senior leadership team; to include day-to-day and forward planning.
  • Acting as a central point and expert for queries and information on all matters relating to administration within the Finance Directorate senior leadership team.
  • To administer meetings chaired by the Finance Director's senior leadership team.

Main duties of the role are detailed within the attached Job Description.

About us

This role is being offered as a hybrid model of home and on-site working; where there will be an expected requirement for you to work from Portland House, Worthing on at least 3 days a week, though this model of working will be driven by business need.
