This is a new opportunity to join the very busy Wessex and Dorset CAMHS Provider Collaborative team, working as the Team Coordinator. This is a full time position however, part time hours may be considered and the role may require travel between sites.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide support to the CAMHS Provider Collaboratives including the Single Point of Access, undertaking a wide range of activities, including keeping records up to date, maintaining databases, taking minutes of meetings and the management of referrals.

The successful candidate will be required to have a good standard of secondary education and a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

This successful post holder will also be responsible for organising meetings, agendas and taking minutes as required. This will include supporting in the wider Provider Collaborative teams as required.

You will also be responsible for supporting the clinicians in the Tier 4 Single Point of Access, including involvement with the Learning Disabilities and Autism cohort. This would include managing the admin processes involved with inpatient CETR's.

The successful applicant will have strong organisation skills, coordinating the teams hospital visits, keeping files updated and spread sheets maintained.
