Job summary
We are seeking to recruit to a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to support the development of the CAMHS and Adult Eating Disorders Provider Collaborative's.
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the lead provider for the Provider Collaborative for Wessex and Dorset CAMHS, Sussex and Kent CAMHS and Sussex and Kent Adult Eating Disorders and as such is focused on reducing the reliance on inpatient care by developing high quality services that support individuals in the community, helping to reduce length of stay and prevent re-admission.
Main duties of the job
This is a crucial role within the team and the post holder will play a key part in supporting the team to deliver its core aims. The post holder will be expected to work closely with partners and including clinical and operational staff, people with lived experience, ICB colleagues and a range of Independent and NHS Providers.
The post holder will play a major part in designing and managing the operation of specific information systems, business processes and will have a key role in ensuring that these systems are utilised effectively by managers so that they become embedded, routine and reliable.
There will be elements of project management and administrative support across the Collaborative needing support from this role, including line management responsibilities of the administrative team.
NB although the post is technically based at Trust HQ in Swandean, Worthing, there is likely to be an element of travel across the Kent, Surrey Sussex footprint.
