This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Assessment and Treatment/Recovery team based at Mill View Hospital, Hove.
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with experience of working with people with complex health conditions in mental health settings.
This post offers a Golden Hello, or a Relocation package up to a maximum of £2000. (pro rata applies and subject to terms and conditions. Please see attached Protocol document).
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be part of a supportive smaller multi-disciplinary cluster team within the Assessment & Treatment Service, catering for a set group of GP practices within Brighton and Hove.
You will receive high quality supervision, support and training to further develop your skills and experience in a community mental health setting working as part of a large integrated MDT supporting people with a wide range of complex mental health conditions and needs.
The role is varied, fast paced, interesting and at times challenging but also highly rewarding.
