Do you have an analytics background with a focus on service improvement?
Does a role in the NHS, supporting crucial mental health services motivate you?
We are recruiting for an Analytics Business Partner to join us and provide a specialist analytical advisory service to our operational services. You will be supporting the development of analytical capability and providing expert analysis, interpretation and insight.
As Analytics Business Partner, you will be an active member of an operational division(s) management team, helping to deliver the Trusts data strategy and build analytical capability within your division(s).
This role sits within the performance improvement team. You will be joining the team at an exciting time of development and expansion as we adapt and enhance our ways of working to meet the growing needs of the organisation for relevant, timely, accurate and clear data to inform and direct service development and improvements.
To protect the health and safety of our staff/workers, patients, and those attending our sites, we encourage our workforce to get fully vaccinated against COVID
Main duties of the job
Key areas of focus in this role will include helping the Trust to deliver the ambitions laid out in the 'NHS Long Term Plan' - ensuring reporting of key KPIs is accurate and accessible, providing analytical insight to focus improvement work and assisting services to embed data-led processes and plans. This may include developing demand and capacity models and forecast tools to understand patient flow through services and identify areas for improvement.
You will also be required to undertake exploratory analysis to identify areas of opportunity and to provide data and insight to inform strategic and operational meetings as required.
You will need to use your strong numerical background, attention to detail, a creative, solution-focused approach and motivation to constantly improve the way we work
