Specialist Eating Disorder Nurse

We're looking for a caring, compassionate, and highly motivated individual who brings creativity, flexibility, and enthusiasm to their work. In this rewarding role, you'll carry out specialist assessments, deliver therapeutic interventions, and provide essential physical healthcare for people presenting with eating disorders within the Central locality.

Main duties of the job

You'll become part of a dynamic, supportive multi-disciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional care to children, adults, and their families and carers. Our team includes psychological professionals, nurses, dietitians, and a Consultant Clinical Psychologist/Clinical Lead--offering a rich, collaborative environment where your skills will be valued and your voice heard.

While experience in eating disorders across all age groups is desirable, it's your passion, curiosity, and commitment to developing expertise in this specialist field that matter most. We'll support you every step of the way with regular clinical and professional supervision, alongside encouragement and opportunities to engage in continuing professional development.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm--allowing you to build a fulfilling career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

  • First level qualification, RMN or equivalent such as Qualified Social Worker or occupational therapy
