Hello, I'm Emma Prunty, the team leader for the Hyndburn and Rossendale Community Mental Health Team. We are seeking passionate individuals who share our dedication to community mental health and are eager to help us deliver outstanding support to our service users.We are currently looking for registered mental health practitioners, which includes qualified social workers, mental health nurses, or occupational therapists

Main duties of the job

You should be adept at working both collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and autonomously. Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing care needs, as well as conducting risk assessments and management. You should also have the capability to explore how health and social factors impact mental health and overall well-being.

The Hyndburn and Rossendale CMHT serves various areas within Hyndburn and Rossendale, and your role will involve visiting service users in their homes, as well as working from our base at The Mount in Accrington.
